We have about 50 subcontractors and need each one to keep a current certificate of insurance on file. Your job is to email them every 2 days until the certificate arrives. If 10 days pass without a reply, tell me who has not responded and I will call them.
Keep a running Excel list of subcontractors and their certificate expiry dates, and make sure everyone stays up to date during the year.
