Inbound lead sales rep for a childcare matching service

We receive inbound leads from parents looking for childcare. You call them within 24 hours, qualify them (location, schedule, child's age, start date, budget), match each family with 2-3 providers from our database, book tours and follow up until they enrol.

You will also help write and improve our call script, objection handling and follow-up plan. Log everything in the CRM and send a short daily report: dials, connects, tours booked and enrolments closed.

Requirements: 1+ years of phone or inside sales or appointment setting, clear spoken English and availability during US business hours. Spanish is a bonus.
