- Accurate feature and facilities lists
- Photo cropping and basic brightness correction
- Headline and short summary for each property
- Formatted for common property portals
- One round of edits
What we are looking for
- Real-estate or hospitality writing experience
- Accurate, honest descriptions
- Basic photo-editing skills
- Fast turnaround
Budget and payment
This is a fixed-price job with a budget of USD $110. If you can deliver good work for that amount, we would like to hear from you. Once the deliverables are checked and approved, payment is released without delay.
Feedback and changes
The price includes up to two rounds of changes to the listings. We promise to give specific, consolidated feedback rather than vague comments. If something does not match the original brief, fixing it is not counted as one of the rounds.
Working steps
First, we will confirm the details together and answer anything that is unclear. Next, please share an early version or plan of the listings so we can confirm you are on the right track. Finally, we will review the finished work against the list, request any small changes, approve it and release payment.
Project scope
This post describes everything we expect to be included in the listings. Please point out anything you believe we have forgotten, so we can settle it before work begins. Extra items can be discussed separately, with their own price and timeline.
Keeping in contact
You can expect an answer from us within a working day, and we ask for the same courtesy. Please keep important decisions in the platform chat so both sides have a record. Clear, polite and proactive communication matters to us as much as the final listings.
From our side
We will share the information, files and examples we already have as soon as you are hired. One person on our side will make decisions, so you will not get conflicting instructions. Expect a clear brief, organised feedback and prompt payment after approval.
Notes on the deliverables
If you know a better way to handle 'one round of edits', we are open to hearing your suggestion in your proposal. 'accurate feature and facilities lists' is one of our priorities, so please tell us early if you foresee any difficulty with it. 'photo cropping and basic brightness correction' is one of our priorities, so please tell us early if you foresee any difficulty with it. '15 listings of 200 to 300 words each' is one of our priorities, so please tell us early if you foresee any difficulty with it.
Choosing a freelancer
We will shortlist freelancers by relevant experience, quality of past work, clarity of the proposal and availability. The lowest price alone will not decide it, but it must fit within the fixed budget. We aim to reply to everyone politely and let all applicants know once the job is awarded.
Keeping things private
Some of the files and business details we share for this listings are not public. Please keep them confidential and use them only for this job. If you would like to show the finished work in your portfolio, ask us first and we will usually agree.
Tips for a strong application
The best applications are short, specific and honest. Tell us about a similar project and what you learned from it. If your price or deadline depends on something, explain it clearly so we can decide quickly.
Our ideal match
We are happy to work with a motivated newer freelancer, as long as your samples show real care and quality. We like freelancers who ask questions when something is unclear. We are a small team and would like a long-term working relationship with the right person.
What to include in your proposal
Please keep your proposal short and specific. We would like to see:
- Links or files showing relevant previous work
- Your plan for this listings in a few sentences
- Your availability and expected delivery date
- Questions that would help you do a better job
We read every proposal, but we reply first to the ones that show you understood what we need.
