We are looking for an creative designer and experienced with strong skills in producing high-performing static advertisements.
This role is for a new men’s jewellery e-commerce brand currently testing campaigns on Meta, with plans to begin scaling soon.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to receive detailed creative briefs and turn them into visually engaging static ads. This position focuses entirely on static creatives—no video editing is required.
As you become more comfortable in the role, you will also conduct independent creative research and develop new advertising concepts. You will use platforms such as Foreplay, Atria, Magritte, and the Meta Ads Library to study successful brands, competitors, and advertising trends.
You will also gain an understanding of how creative performance connects with ad spend, campaign distribution, and financial analysis within a Meta advertising account.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality static advertisements based on provided creative briefs
Produce visually compelling creatives for Meta advertising campaigns
Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and originality
Research competitors, advertising trends, and successful creative concepts
Use creative research tools to identify new ideas and opportunities
Communicate progress, questions, and expectations clearly
Manage assigned tasks independently and meet deadlines
Gradually contribute to creative strategy and concept development
Working Hours
The role will begin at approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility based on your availability.
Additional hours will become available as the brand grows and advertising campaigns begin to scale.
A full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week is expected to become available in the future.

Required Skills
Strong experience creating static advertisements
Excellent understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and composition
Strong proficiency in Figma
Familiarity with Flora and Figma Weave or similar node-based creative tools
AI-native workflow with strong knowledge of AI prompting
Familiarity with tools and models such as Claude, GPT Image, Nano Banana, Kling, and Seedance
Preferred Skills
Experience using Notion
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
Previous experience working with e-commerce brands
Understanding of direct-response copywriting
Familiarity with Meta advertising and performance creative
Experience researching competitors and developing creative concepts
