We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer / UX Writer to lead and support a content quality evaluation study. This role focuses on analyzing, improving, and optimizing digital content to ensure clarity, usability, and user engagement across products and platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate content performance, define standards, and enhance the overall user experience through effective writing and design thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead content quality evaluation studies across digital products
Analyze user interactions to identify content gaps and usability issues
Develop and maintain content guidelines, tone, and voice standards
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers
Write, edit, and optimize UI content (microcopy, labels, error messages, onboarding flows)
Conduct content audits and usability testing
Improve content based on data insights, user feedback, and research findings
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand and product strategy
Mentor junior writers and contribute to content strategy decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and content strategy work
Experience with content evaluation frameworks and usability testing
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and agile environments
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in A/B testing and content performance analytics
Background in research-driven content optimization
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive language standards
Experience working on large-scale digital platforms or apps
