Convert tshirt design to vector graphics for actual printing on tshirt for super market

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer / Vector Artist to convert an existing T-shirt design into high-quality vector graphics for actual production and printing. This design will be used for our supermarket staff uniforms, so the final output must be clean, sharp, and print-ready for professional T-shirt printing methods.

Key Responsibilities

Convert provided T-shirt artwork (JPG/PNG/PDF) into vector format

Ensure design is suitable for actual T-shirt printing (screen printing / DTF / heat press / embroidery if required)

Recreate and refine design elements (logos, text, shapes) with high accuracy

Fix alignment, spacing, and smooth edges for clean output

Provide print-ready files in required formats:

AI, EPS, SVG (vector files)

PDF (print-ready)

PNG (transparent background)

Separate colors if needed for printing process

Requirements

Strong experience in vector conversion and redraw work

Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW

Ability to maintain accuracy while improving design quality

Knowledge of printing requirements (colors, outlines, resolution, scaling)

Fast delivery with professional revisions

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

Experience with uniform branding designs for supermarkets/retail staff

Knowledge of screen printing and DTF file setup

Ability to provide mockups for final uniform look
