Personal budget coach to review my spending and build a realistic plan

I am an entrepreneur with irregular income and right now I have no steady income. I carry some debt and have savings I need to make last. My biggest problem is that I do not know where my money goes.

What I need:
- A review of my bank statements broken down by category
- Advice on what to cut and what is essential
- A monthly spending model based on my savings, including how long the money will last
- A clear debt payoff plan, including money I owe family
- A simple tracking system I can keep using
- A savings target and timeline for moving out once income returns

I want someone patient, direct and non-judgmental who is good with numbers and will keep me accountable. Free tools are preferred.
