I require competent web developer designer with programming/HTML/CSS and desirably graphic design/photoshop to customise an existing web template.

Our aim is we simply want to create visuals/mockup and wireframe representation of Netflix style movie platform with multiple picture-in-picture interface. We do NOT want functional site. We only want the visuals.

If you are graphic designer with photoshop experience feel free to bid. This is perfect for you as we want mockup in psd ultimately. 

We have identified a template we want to mockup. The template in wordpress so wordpress is desirable OR if you want you can recreate the template using bootstrap and components. Time is factor us. Which is why we prefer fast install/customisation of the wordpress theme. BUT feel free to offer a similar template that in HTML/CSS/ if you are more experienced or prefer that. We dont mind, we just want mockup/visuals of this app.
